Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On July 27, 2018, the registrant extended the expiration date of its Class C Warrants, currently July 27, 2018, to August 8, 2018, and also offered holders of the Class C Warrants who do not wish to exercise their warrants the opportunity to exchange their Class C Warrants for new warrants. Each new warrant, denominated as Class D, is exercisable through September 28, 2018 to purchase one unit for $1.00, each unit consisting of one share of common stock and a warrant to purchase one share of common stock at a price of $2.00 per share through January 31, 2019.
