Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 25, 2018, Virtual Crypto Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release commenting on, among other things, the recent public statements made by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission regarding cryptocurrencies. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”) and is incorporated by reference herein.
