Genie Energy Declares 2nd Quarter 2018 Dividend on Preferred Stock
NEWARK NJ – July 25, 2018: The Genie Energy Ltd (NYSE: GNE, GNEPRA) board of directors has declared cash dividend of $0.1594 per share of the company’s Series 2012-A Preferred Stock for the second quarter of 2018.
The dividend will be paid on August 15, 2018 to preferred stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 8th.
The distribution will be treated as an ordinary dividend for tax purposes.
