On July 23, 2018, Allena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing the treatment of the first patients in Study 206, an open-label Phase 2 basket study evaluating ALLN-177 in adults and adolescents with primary hyperoxaluria, or enteric hyperoxaluria with advanced chronic kidney disease and elevated plasma oxalate. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
