REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
|
On July 19, 2018, the registrant issued a news release announcing net reserve adjustments of approximately $250 million, after tax, for the second quarter of 2018. In addition, current year weather related events are expected to result in a second quarter charge of approximately $25 million, after tax. A copy of that news release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
