On July 19, 2018, Soligenix, Inc. (the “Company”) distributed a letter (the “Letter”) to shareholders and other Company contacts and issued a press release (the “Press Release”) containing a copy of the Letter. The Letter provided a mid-year update and further guidance on the Company’s development programs.
A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The attached material will be posted on the Company’s website at www.soligenix.com.
