Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 18, 2018, The Meet Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the roll out of live video in Germany on LOVOO and providing an update to its livestreaming video revenue run rate. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Current Report”).
