On July 18, 2018, Limoneira Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has completed the acquisition of Fruticola San Pablo S.A.’s (“San Pablo”) ranch and related assets in La Serena, Chile. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
