On July 11, 2018, Infor, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Mr. Stephan Scholl was stepping down from his role as President, Global Field Operations, effective July 11, 2018. Mr. Scholl will continue to serve in the role of Advisor to the Office of the CEO for the Company through the end of this calendar year.
