Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On July 12, 2018, China Commercial Credit, Inc. (NASDAQ CM: CCCR) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will change the ticker symbol of its common stock listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market from “CCCR” to “GLG”. The change will become effective at the start of trading on July 13, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
