Item 8.01. Other Events
On July 2, 2018, The Parking REIT, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the Company's acquisition of a multi-level parking garage in Honolulu, Hawaii and a surface lot in New Orleans, Louisiana. The press release inadvertently contained a typographical error in the number of states in which the Company's parking facilities are located. This Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to clarify that the Company's parking facilities are located in 17 states. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
