As previously disclosed, effective July 1, 2018 R. Rick Hart stepped down as President of the Northern Region of Renasant Bank to become Chairman of the Middle Tennessee Division of Renasant Bank. Additional details regarding this transition are set forth in the Current Reports on Form 8-K that Renasant Corporation filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 26, 2017 and April 27, 2018.
