| Item 1.01 | Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement |
On June 29, 2018, we entered into a Settlement Agreement with TCA Global Master Fund that resolves the litigation between TCA and us, and upon satisfaction of the Settlement Agreement terms, we will have no further contractual obligations under the Credit Agreements.
