Item 8.01 Other Events


During the week of July 1, 2018, Endurance Exploration Group, Inc, operating through its joint venture, Swordfish Partners, recovered approximately 240 coins, including 9 $5 American gold coins with date ranges between 1800-1834, as well as passenger jewelry, and other ship wreck artifacts, from its current shipwreck project, Steamship Pulaski, 1838. Endurance Exploration Group, Inc expects to continue salvage operations, as weather permits, through the remainder of 2018.
