Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

On June 28, 2018, Mr. Paul Kam Shing Chiu notified the Company’s Board of Directors that he would resign as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer for personal reasons effective as of July 1, 2018. The Board of Directors accepted his resignation.
