Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 26, 2018, the Board of Directors of Parke Bancorp, Inc. (the "Registrant") declared a dividend of $0.14 per share payable on July 27, 2018 to shareholders of record as of July 13, 2018. A copy of the press release dated June 27, 2018, announcing the dividend is filed as Exhibit 99 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
