Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On June 25, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing the Company has received a new U.S. patent for a method of controlling wave power generation equipment to optimize energy harvesting in low to moderate sea states. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
