Item 7.01 - Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 22, 2018, Westwater Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release titled “Republic of Turkey Revokes Temrezli and Sefaatli Licenses and Offers Compensation.” A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.

The information in this Item 7.01, including the press release, shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, except as shall be expressly set forth by reference to such filing.

Item 8.01 - Other Events.

On June 22, 2018, the Company announced that it received notification from the Generale Directorate of Mining Affairs, a department of the Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, that the mining and exploration licenses for the Company’s Temrezli and Sefaatli projects have been revoked and potential compensation has been proffered.  The Company is investigating the legality of this action and what remedies, including compensation, might be available to the Company.   The Company has 60 days to respond under Turkish law.
