Item 2.03      Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.

 

Exercise of Accordion Feature

 

On June 15, 2018, TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc., in conjunction with TPG RE Finance Trust Holdco, LLC and its wholly-owned subsidiaries (collectively the “Company”), exercised the accordion feature in its Bank of America, N.A. senior secured credit facility. The senior secured credit facility maximum facility amount was increased to $500 million, from $250 million. The amount available to borrow from time to time under the senior secured credit facility will vary based on the Company’s operating activities and any financial covenant limitations.
