Item 7.01   Regulation FD Disclosure

On June 20, 2018, Ormat Technologies, Inc. (“Ormat” or the “Company”) received written notice from the New York Stock Exchange indicating that following the filing of the Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2018, the Company is removed from the late filers' list effective June 21, 2018.
