On June 21, 2018, Alleghany Corporation made available on its website, www.alleghany.com, a financial supplement containing the historical annual and interim financial results of its subsidiary Alleghany Capital Corporation for the 2017 and 2016 reporting periods (the “Financial Supplement”). A copy of the Financial Supplement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
