Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 14, 2018, International Seaways, Inc. (the "Company" or "INSW") issued a press release announcing the acquisition of six VLCC tankers from a subsidiary of Euronav NV. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
