EXPLANATORY NOTE
On June 6, 2018, Vaxart, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original Form 8-K”) reporting, among other items, compensatory arrangements between the Company and the Company’s named executive officers (as defined in Item 402(a)(3) of Regulation S-K promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission), and the adoption of the Company’s Severance Benefit Plan (the “Severance Benefit Plan”). This Amendment No. 1 to Current Report on Form 8-K amends the Original Form 8-K to include a hyperlink to the Severance Benefit Plan and Form of Severance Benefit Plan Participation Notice filed as an exhibit to the Original Form 8-K.
