On June 4, 2018, Pegasystems Inc. will present to investors at its 2018 PegaWorld conference. This presentation will include recasted financial information for 2017 and 2016 reflecting Accounting Standards Update No. 2014-09, “Revenue from Contracts with Customers (Topic 606)” (“ASC 606”) which the Company adopted using the full retrospective method on January 1, 2018. See the section title “Appendix - ASC 606 Recast Results” contained in Exhibit 99.1 for financial information on a basis consistent with the ASC 606 for fiscal year 2017 and 2016.
The information in this Form 8-K and the Exhibit attached hereto shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933 or the Exchange Act, except as expressly set forth by specific reference in such a filing.
