Item 8.01 Other Events
Effective June 5, 2018 our common stock is being downgraded from the OTCQB to the OTC PINK tier of the OTC Markets Group because we did not file our Annual Report on Form 10-K for 2017 within the applicable grace periods provided by the OTCQB.
