Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 31, 2018, DPL Inc. (“DPL”) announced that the Stuart Station coal-fired and diesel-fired generating units, and the Killen Station coal-fired generating unit and combustion turbine, co-owned by DPL’s subsidiary, AES Ohio Generation, LLC, have been retired as planned. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
