In connection with its previously announced new senior secured first lien term loan, Aleris International, Inc. (the “Company”) intends to make a presentation to prospective lenders. Portions of the lender presentation are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated by reference herein.
