Item 7.01.     Regulation FD Disclosure

         World Fuel Services Corporation announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share payable on July 6, 2018 to shareholders of record on June 8, 2018.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
