Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 16, 2018 Mr. Tan Sew Hock and Mr. Zhang Shengbiao each resigned from all positions as an officer and / or director of the Company. The resignations did not result from any disagreements with the Company as to its business or policies.
