Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
Mississippi Power Company (“Mississippi Power”) held its annual meeting of common shareholders and preferred shareholders on May 16, 2018. At such meeting, the nominees for election as directors included in the Company’s Information Statement on Schedule 14C for the annual meeting of shareholders were reelected in their entirety. Mississippi Power did not solicit proxies with respect to this meeting.
