Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 14, 2018, Rosehill Resources Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the first quarter of 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
