Item 1.01
Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On
May 14, 2018 we entered into Amendment # 15 to the Yahoo! Publisher
Network Contract pursuant to which the term of the original
agreement was extended from August 31, 2018 to November 30, 2018,
with automatic one year renewals unless either party given written
notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before the end of the then
current term. The summary of Amendment # 15 to the Yahoo! Publisher
Network Contract does not purport to be complete and is qualified
in its entirety by reference to the amendment, a copy of which is
filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this report.
