Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 14, 2018, Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) posted a presentation to its website, www.spiritrealty.com, to be used by management of the Company in a series of presentations to members of the investment community beginning on May 15, 2018 in anticipation of the Company’s distribution of 100% of the outstanding common shares of beneficial interest of Spirit MTA REIT on or about May 31, 2018 on a pro rata basis to holders of record of common shares of the Company.
