On Friday, May 11, 2018, Sitestar Corporation issued a press release commenting upon its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2018 (the “Press Release”).  A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
