Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
The 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of Sierra Income Corporation (the “Company”) was scheduled to take place on Thursday, May 10, 2018, however, it was postponed due to lack of quorum. The Company’s Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, June 4, 2018 at 1:00pm, Eastern time.
