Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 10, 2018, MGT Capital Investments, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the period ended March 31, 2018 and other financial information. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 10, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing that it will host an investor update call on Thursday May 17, 2018, beginning at approximately 4:30 p.m. E.T. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
