In connection with the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2018 (the “Report”) of Kiewit Royalty Trust (the “Trust”), as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof, I, Wood Hull, a Senior Managing Director of U.S. Bank National Association, the trustee of the Trust, certify, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Section 1350, as adopted pursuant to Section 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, that to my knowledge:
