On May 8, 2018, Sterling Construction Company, Inc. (the "Company") hosted a conference call to discuss results for the three months ended March 31, 2018 as well as corporate developments. A transcript of the conference call is being furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
