On May 4, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Registrant approved (1) Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Registrant, effective May 4, 2018; and (2) Articles of Restatement of the Registrant’s charter, which became effective on May 7, 2018. The Amended and Restated Bylaws are filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K. The Articles of Restatement are filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this Report on Form 8-K.
