Item 7.01    Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 8, 2018, Borqs Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its acquisition target, Shanghai KADI Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. (“KADI”), has received clearance from an end-user, Dong Feng Motors Group’s Super Dragon Electric Bus Program, for the production and delivery of approximately RMB32 million of KADI’s electrical vehicle (“EV”) control modules over a two-year period beginning in May 2018. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
