On May 7, 2018, Fiesta Restaurant Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing financial results for its first fiscal quarter ended April 1, 2018. The entire text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
