Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective April 27, 2018, Mr. Richard Tobin resigned as a director of CNH Industrial Capital LLC (the “Company”). Effective the same day and in connection with Mr. Tobin’s resignation, the Company appointed Mr. Leandro Lecheta as a director of the Company.
