Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On April 26, 2018, Westley Thompson informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Majesco (the “Company”) of his intention to resign as a member of the Board and Compensation Committee of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Thompson’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, the Company’s management or the Board.
