On April 26, 2018, Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release relating to the entry into a definitive agreement to purchase producing assets and acreage in the Williston Basin, which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
