On April 26, 2018, Mid-Con Energy Partners, LP (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that it will release financial and operating results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018, after the market close on Wednesday, May 2, 2018. The Partnership will host a conference call on Thursday, May 3, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (8:00 a.m. Central Standard Time). A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
