On April 25, 2018, Marine Products Corporation issued a press release titled, "Marine Products Corporation Announces Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend." The press release announced that the Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.10 per share payable June 11, 2018 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on May 10, 2018.
