On April 23, 2018, InfuSystem Holdings, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Company will disclose its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018 on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 before the market opens. The Company will also conduct a conference call for all interested investors on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. A copy of the press release is furnished as an exhibit to this Form 8-K.
