On April 23, 2018, Flotek Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an update on the Company’s revenue and EBITDA expectations regarding its results for the three months-ended March 31, 2018. The April 23, 2018 press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
