Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 20, 2018, United Insurance Holdings Corp. (the "Company") announced that Mr. Andrew Swenson has stepped down from the position of Chief Information Officer of the Company effective April 19, 2018.
The Company also announced that Mr. Paul DiFrancesco, Chief Operations Officer, will oversee the Information Technology team at the Company while the Company conducts a search for Mr. Swenson's replacement.
