On April 20, 2018, Nuverra Environmental Solutions, Inc. (“Nuverra” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will report first quarter 2018 results on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 and that it will host a conference call with investors to discuss the Company’s results and business outlook at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, May 9, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
